Shipping is only available within Ontario, Canada. Shipping rates are $10.00 within Ontario.

Orders will be shipped within 48 business hours. Please make sure the shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once they have been sent. In the case of an incorrect shipping address, additional costs will be incurred by the customer.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may occur.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase!

Refunds within 14 days of purchase on unopened merchandise

Credit note will be applied to your account after 14 days and/or if product has been opened/damaged

All returned merchandise must be:

  • In its original condition

  • Package is postmarked for return within 14 days of purchase.

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer

We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance.
